As Director of Waterpoint Building Management, Adrian brings 16 years’ experience in building and facilities management across Sydney’s diverse and prestigious high-rise strata market. With a Diploma in Facilities Management from the University of New England, he oversees the management of all staff across Waterpoint’s wide portfolio of residential, commercial, retail and industrial property clients. Adrian is committed to outstanding customer service and developing longstanding and trustworthy client relationships and runs the business with this as a core focus. He believes in flexibility based on client needs and embraces new technology to deliver the best outcomes, now and into the future.
