About me
Kniles brings almost a decade of experience in Facilities Management to his role as Operations Manager with Waterpoint Building Management. He holds a Bachelor of Business & Commerce – International Business from Western Sydney University and is responsible for the management of Waterpoint’s residential real estate and strata plan portfolio, contract management, financial positioning and strategic growth plans. He has the unique ability to set up strata plans that are integrated into Building Management Committees, making the process easier and more streamlined. A natural communicator and leader, he is committed to enhancing client relationships through understanding individual requirements in order to exceed expectations.
